How quickly will I receive my order?

We ship all orders from Monday to Friday. A package to a German address is usually with you the next day or the day after. Shipping to other EU countries can take 1-2 weeks.

Please note that we may ship orders of more than 10 items on a pallet. The unloading to the curb is carried out by the driver. As you would expect from parcel shipping, we will send you a tracking link with which you can track your order.

How can I order?

This is how the ordering process works

Select products:

Browse the website for the products you want and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button.

Check and pay:

Go to the shopping cart, check your selected items and click “Checkout”. Then enter your shipping address and payment information.

Submit order:

Check all details of your order for accuracy and click “Submit Customer Details” to place your order. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed.

Shipping costs

Your purchase from the Schusterscheune is completely free of charge (when shipping within Germany)! A small surcharge may only apply if you choose the delivery service yourself and do not leave the selection to us. We ship to all EU countries. The exact shipping costs for this depend primarily on the weight and will be displayed in your shopping cart. If you live outside the EU or would like to order a larger quantity (10 items or more), please ask us for an individual shipping offer. We can then ask the shipping company about the exact costs to your delivery location and give you an exact, current shipping price.

Payment options

With us you have the option of paying in seconds with Paypal, SOFORT transfer or credit card. You can also pay the amount in the classic way via SEPA transfer (advance payment). In any case, shipping will take place as soon as payment has been received.

Product in large quantities

We already offer you products in large packaging, with a correspondingly low basic price. If you need even larger quantities (from 1 pallet), then contact us here. We will then be happy to create an individual offer for you.
