Your purchase from DEMinerals is completely free of charge (when shipping within Germany)! A small surcharge may only apply if you choose the delivery service yourself and do not leave the selection to us. Please note that we may ship orders of bigger quantities via a shipping company (on a pallet). The unloading to the curb is carried out by the driver. As you would expect from parcel shipping, we will send you a tracking link with which you can track your order. We ship to all EU countries. The exact shipping costs for this depend on the weight and can be found in our shipping cost calculator.

Which product you need exactly always depends on the application. For example, a feed product is often a bit coarser and is therefore not suitable as a drying agent. On the other hand, you should only feed your animal feed that has been appropriately analyzed and certified. So it’s often the same mineral in name, but each mineral has deposits with different properties. We therefore always recommend buying the product whose function we have mentioned in the title or product description.

We ship all orders from Monday to Friday. A package sent to a German address is usually with you the next day or the day after. Shipping to other EU countries can take up to 2 weeks

With us you have the option of paying in seconds with Paypal, SOFORT transfer or credit card. You can also pay the amount in the classic way via SEPA transfer (advance payment). In any case, shipping will take place as soon as payment has been received.

We are the experts in the field of diatomaceous earth and can offer a variety of different qualities. However, we also have an increasing number of other minerals that we can offer directly from stock.

Our products come from well-known mining companies and open pit mines from very different countries. A long-term business relationship based on quality and trust is very important to us. We therefore have a very close business relationship with many of these suppliers. The manufacturers of our products are located in different parts of the world, but control and storage takes place from our own raw material warehouse here in Germany. Due to our large purchasing volume, our good connections to many raw material manufacturers and our own well-stocked warehouse, we are always able to cover larger requirements at short notice. For an individual offer, you are welcome to contact us at any time by telephone or email. Please note that we can only make such an individual offer with a minimum purchase of one pallet (usually 1,000kg).
